Wafleet

Legal & risk

Wafleet is an unofficial WhatsApp channel. Please read the risk disclaimer before you link a number.

Risk disclaimer

Wafleet connects to WhatsApp over an unofficial protocol (Baileys), not the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp does not authorize this kind of access. As a result, any number you link may be temporarily or permanently banned by WhatsApp, with little or no warning, and Wafleet cannot prevent or reverse that.

We reduce the risk with warmup ramping, per-number rate limits, randomized human-like timing (typing indicators and read receipts), device-to-number locking, and an automatic circuit breaker - and we publish our real ban rate. But no gateway on the unofficial protocol can promise zero bans. You use Wafleet entirely at your own risk.

Do not link a number you cannot afford to lose. Do not use a number tied to a critical account (such as a primary personal or business line) if losing access would harm you. During the free beta, Wafleet is provided as is, with no warranty and no liability for any ban, data loss, or business interruption.

Terms of service (beta)

Wafleet is currently a free, invite-limited beta capped at a fixed number of linked devices. Access may change, pause, or end at any time. We may close registration, remove the service, or reset data as the experiment requires.

You are responsible for how you use Wafleet and for the messages you send. You agree not to use it for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose (see Acceptable use). The service is provided without warranty of availability, deliverability, or account safety.

Privacy

We store the data needed to run the service: your account details, the numbers you link, message metadata and content routed through the gateway, and device health signals used for anti-ban and ban-rate reporting. Ban-rate statistics are aggregated and anonymized before they are shown publicly.

We do not sell your data. During the beta we may review anonymized device outcomes (for example, whether a number was banned and how long it survived) to evaluate whether the product is viable.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk messaging to people who have not opted in, no scams or phishing, no harassment, and nothing illegal under the laws that apply to you. Abuse of the unofficial protocol is the fastest way to get a number banned - which also harms the shared ban-rate data this beta depends on.

We may suspend or remove any account that violates this policy, without notice.
